This role is looking based in Launceston home of the beautiful Cataract Gorge and known for its restaurants, wineries, bike trails, arts and stunning scenery.
Via our LAFM and Chilli FM Leaders in Local strategy we reach almost 70,000 engaged listeners each and every week, delivering compelling content and connection with community.

The remuneration package on offer is strongly performance driven with a base + allowances + an uncapped commission structure.
About the role:
- Generate advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.
- Achieve set monthly sales targets.
- Represent the radio brand to current advertisers.
- Successfully prospect and secure additional advertisers to the radio brand.
- Work well in a team with the ability to work autonomously when required.

- You will possess strong personal motivation and discipline capabilities.
- You will have high personal standards of performance and behavior.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present yourself and our radio brand with professionalism.
- A strong desire to achieve set targets.
